i brought my wifes car a 2022 RX 350 in because the service light was on . my advisor FRANCESCA informed me that service was not due so she had all the fluids toped off for me while walking me to the service light was on . my advisor FRANCESCA informed me that service was not due so she had all the fluids toped off for me while walking me to the car i asked her to look at the tonoue cover in the back of the car as it would not retract she call a couple of service men over and concluded it needed to be replaced she then informed me that she would order one for me three months later i called the service department to ask about the cover and was transfered to parts daniel was kind and apoligised for the mix up and ordered the cover i was called today saying it had arrived so i stopped in the parts dept. and was told it would cost me 995.00 after explaining it is a warranty issue the parts dept contacted fracecsca she came over and denied ever speaking to me and never admitted she had FORGOTTEN to order the part ...after being insulted and basically being called a liar i told her that i would have my wife deal with this we have been avid customers for 30 pluss years and have never been so insulted and degraded we will choose next lease/purchase a bit more carefully not sure what has happened to customer service as it is none existing at this dealership any questions please ask More
