I had an appointment at 10:30. At 11:00 my service assistant found me to start the process. He apologized for the delay. He was very nice and helpful. We brought our NX300 in for service & Jeremy kept us informed & did a nice job. When we purchased our car we expected to have more than 20,000 miles on our tires & with prepaid service we didn't think informed & did a nice job. We were surprised to need new tires so quickly & to pay to scheduled service parts. When we initially purchased our vehicle in May 2020 from Mark Habib we though we had scratch, scuff & body repair as well as scheduled maintenance paid for. More
