On time! And like the "In and Out Burger topped with everything," that's what I received on my most recent service visit. I was In and Out for complete ser And like the "In and Out Burger topped with everything," that's what I received on my most recent service visit. I was In and Out for complete service in about an hour and twenty minutes. And to top it off was the courteous and professional care of my service provider!! My Lexus UX was returned to me all clean, neat and shiny inside and out. This service center is one of the reasons I always choose Lexus over other luxury brands. Truly!!!! Before your next buy, stop by Lexus of Palm Beach and test drive and a new or certified pre-owned Lexus. That's what I did and I'll keep coming back!!!!! More
Service was thorough and included cleaning the vehicle. However, I will have to return to the dealer as the new cabin filter is making a noise that I didn't have previously. I had asked for an estimate for paint damage on the front right bumper, however Information was not provided. Annoyances Things were moved around in my glove box - it took a minute to find my handicap placard. Not sure why the glove box was accessed. Radio station was changed from the one we use. Not sure why this was done. Headlights were turned to the off position. Not sure why this was done. I thought the prices for the labor for replacement wipers and cabin air filter seemed excessive. I recently brought my car in for service and was attended by Jeffrey Herman. Jeffrey went out of his way to help me, could not have been more helpful and accommodating, and is an all around nice guy and a r by Jeffrey Herman. Jeffrey went out of his way to help me, could not have been more helpful and accommodating, and is an all around nice guy and a rescue dog lover (The way to win me over.) I would give him 6 stars if I could. If you go to Lexus for service, ask for Jeffrey---- you'll be glad you did. More
