I recently went to Lexus of Palm Beach to replace my car battery, which was still under warranty. The battery replacement was free, and they offered me a complimentary car wash, which I accepted. When I went to pick up my car, I was horrified to see light scratches and swirl marks in many different areas of the vehicle. Even worse, the bottom of my right front bumper was severely damaged with scuff marks and peeling paint. This damage was not present when I dropped off my car, and I have picture proof to back this up. I immediately reported the damage to the service representative, Rick, who dismissed my concerns. Instead, he falsely claimed that the scratches were not caused by their car wash. Another service representative even suggested that I decline their car wash services in the future. This interaction is documented in my video recordings that I will upload online and willing to share with all Lexus executive employees. To add insult to injury, I also mentioned to Rick that my car has metal shavings in the oil during oil changes. Initially, he promised they would check it free of charge, but later, he told me I need to bring my own oil sample next time. This flip-flopping is unacceptable, especially given the seriousness of finding metal shavings in two consecutive oil changes. I reached out to Lexus corporate and AutoNation for assistance, but neither provided any help. They stated they will tell the Service Director to contact me. I have also emailed the service director multiple times without receiving any response. This lack of accountability and customer service is appalling. I have documented everything with photos and videos, including Rick taking photos of the scratches on his phone. Despite all this evidence, the dealership has done nothing to resolve the issue. I am prepared to take legal action to get this matter resolved. I urge anyone considering this dealership to think twice before trusting them with your vehicle. Their lack of professionalism and care for customer property is evident in how they handled my situation. Avoid Lexus of Palm Beach at all costs. They damaged my car and refuse to take responsibility for it. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. More

This RX350 is the second Lexus I have purchased from Lexus of Palm Beach and they always seem to meet or exceed my expectations. Well done!! More
This review is long overdue. I should have written one after the purchase of my car. I was so satisfied with my purchase and the way I was treated. I really felt that my Sales Associate Eric Kessler went above and beyond to please me. The car was in such excellent condition , I get countless compliments on my brand new car and I never say it was preowned! The Associate who dealt with the financial aspect made me feel comfortable with making the purchase. Eric really made the experience pleasant. I really love my car! I loved the care he took to find me the car that made me excited! He was in no rush. I could see that he was prepared to patiently show me around until he was sure that I was satisfied. I went for service and worked with Lisa and Tim Piggy. Again I felt that I was treated like a valued customer. Mr. Piggy communicated with me ,answered calls in a timely manner -so did Lisa. I was impressed by the interest Mr. Piggy took making sure that my car was properly serviced. I admired the effort he made to make me comfortable while I waited for my car. He also went above and beyond to endure that I was satisfied. Thank you all so much. This is the best car buying experience and service that I have ever received. My review is late but if I can speak highly of my experience after over a year of my purchase this should add more credibility to my level of satisfaction. Thanks again. More
This earlier this month, We dropped of our Vehicle for a repair that was under warranty for scheduled appt. we were told it was a half day job. Returned the loaner the following day & our vehicle had not be repair that was under warranty for scheduled appt. we were told it was a half day job. Returned the loaner the following day & our vehicle had not been worked on. It took almost a week to get our car back after calling. Thank God that we were given a loaner. 3 star for lack of communication. Back in March, had maintenance service, price was outrageous, especially the labor charge. Can’t recall the advisor for March. More
