I have been driving only Lexus vehicles during the past 20 years, and have established very good working relationships with 2 dealerships, Lexus of Palm Beach and Lexus of Norwood, largely due to the integ 20 years, and have established very good working relationships with 2 dealerships, Lexus of Palm Beach and Lexus of Norwood, largely due to the integrity of the two employees with whom I have had the pleasure of working. Bill Powers of Lexus of Palm Beach is one of them. I have been traveling yearly between Florida and Massachusetts for the past 7 years). My previous Lexus RX 330 was purchased from Lexus of Palm Beach, and the four of the five before that from Lexus of Norwood. Twenty years of goodwill built up with these two Lexus dealerships was shattered with the purchase of my current Lexus RX 450h from JM Lexus. Were it not for the straightforwardness and honest service provided by Bill Powers (as well as Mark Forcucci of Lexus of Norwood), my next vehicle would definitely be of another make. But I am still mulling it over, so don't rule out this possibility yet. More

Mr. Baldwin was extremely helpful when I came to the service center. I had a flat tire and I had no idea how to fix it, and when someone came to help me fix it, the cap for the rim broke. Upon arriving at the service center I was immediately approached by a service man and he showed me to Mr. Baldwin upon my request. Mr. Baldwin attentively listened as I explained the situation to him and he immediately called a Lexus Roadside Assistance vehicle to my car waiting a few blocks away. When I came back my vehicle, the Roadside Assistance car was waiting for me and he plugged the hole in my tire and made it safe for me to drive to the dealership to get my car appropriately fixed. I was told it would take only an hour, which it did and when I received my vehicle it was washed and the spare tire was put on. Mr. Baldwin also told me that the service men checked the fluids and functionality of my car. Overall I had a wonderful experience for being in such a stressful situation. More
I brought my vehicle in for the first service and was greater in their drive by the valets. They asked for my name and then brought my advisor right out to me at the car. We went over a few questions I had about my car, and then went into his office for the paperwork. Very quick and professional. The advisor told me about some of the features they had available in the dealer and I took advantage of the computers they have for you to use. I was able to actually work and make phone calls while my car was being serviced, great feature, no time lost from working. When my car was dne the same advisor reviewed my invoice which was nice and walked me to my car. I've never had service like this before, I think I will be staying with Lexus for a long time. More

The entire staff at LEXUS OF PALM BEACH was always very helpful and knowledgeable. My service adviser, BILL POWERS, has always been overly helpful in his tasks to serve my needs as a customer. I would recommend this dealership 110% to anyone in the market for a new LEXUS. These guys blow JM LEXUS and LEXUS of PEMBROKE out of the water. More
I've been to many Lexus dealerships for service. Lexus of Palm Beach has by far the best service representatives I've ever met. Bill had Javier come out to my home to replace my battery for me today. I was very reluctant to get the needed work, a design recall, done at this location after reading all the negativity in many of the reviews of this dealership. I was pleasantly surprised to be met with recall, done at this location after reading all the negativity in many of the reviews of this dealership. I was pleasantly surprised to be met with friendliness, cordiality and care. Mr. Athar was professional, quick, pleasant, thorough and kept on top of the repair being done. The red flag(s) went up when I learned they were going to do a full inspection of the vehicle. I thought I was going to be subjected to a high-pressure hustle for extra work at high dealership prices. That did not happen! The client waiting room is luxurious, kept immaculately clean with ample (leather chairs) seating and TVs for viewing. There are complimentary snacks (bagels, cream cheese, danish) available as well as endless coffee and bottled water - nothing less than what one would expect from Lexus. The needed repair/upgrade was accomplsihed at a bit longer than the quoted time but I didn't mind given the amenities of the facility I was waiting in. I looked in at the service area, it was well lit and well ventilated; it may be the cleanest repair facility I have ever seen! The repair technicians, they were not the usual dirt under the fingernails "greese monkeys" I have come to expect, they appeared to be professionals - I was very pleased. Another nice feature was that when all work was completed the car was vacuumed and washed - a really nice touch. I have no hesitancy in recommending this dealership. More
I no longer take my 2007 RX 350 to Lexus of Palm Beach for service. They insist you have a specific service advisor to check you in and facilitate your service. If the advisor you are scheduled with is for service. They insist you have a specific service advisor to check you in and facilitate your service. If the advisor you are scheduled with is busy, you just have to cool your heels, no one else can check you in. I waited 45 minutes in the lounge just to be checked in. After 30 minutes I inquired why the long wait, and they said my advisor was doing a test drive or some excuse. Then after the "check in" they begin your service. I don't care if I have a dedicated advisor just for me, just give me the next advisor available. People just want to get in and out on their way. I also find their prices to be outrageous for service. My family in Dallas who go to Sewell Lexus pay far less for the same services. I now get my car serviced at Toyota for a fraction of the price. More
Long story short.. I bought a 60,000 ISc 350.. took it to get windows tinted and they scratched the window.. had to remove the window and they dented the door.. after that they ruined the floor plate.. to get windows tinted and they scratched the window.. had to remove the window and they dented the door.. after that they ruined the floor plate.. and then I have 3 scratches on it that look ike long straight precise lines.. on roof.. I cant take ti back cuz lord knows what will happed to it.. needless to say theSales Mgr Cliff. said it was "my fault. cuz i took it there.. the cant own up to it.. they refuse to do anything but fix what they ruin then ruin somehting else.. i would be VERY weary of taking any car there.. and i bought it there 2 weeks before.. less than 500 miles. great.. 3 scratches. a dent in the door the door taken apart, the tint removed and redone. and ITS MY FAULT???? all this happened while it was in the service there.. all in the first 2 weeks of ownership...Once they sell you the car they could care less about it. or YOU.I feel jipped.. ive cried. and ilost sleep.. ive yet to enjy this car due to dealers shenanigans... NEVER have I been treated so badly by a dealer.. More
