I have been the proud owner of 3 Lexus. I am very pleased with Lexus of Palm Beach. My service rep., Thor, is very knowledgeable and attentive. During his recent absence, another associate, Scott, helped me by sending someone out to replace my battery. The service tech, Lew, responded very quickly and efficiently. Fantastic Roadside Assistance. Our car was loaded with our clothing and luggage and were were ready to depart for a long weekend trip. At 9:15 AM, we got into our car and it did not start - just a click, our clothing and luggage and were were ready to depart for a long weekend trip. At 9:15 AM, we got into our car and it did not start - just a click, click, click sound. I called Lexus of Palm Beach service and they connected me directly to Lew Fleischer, their Road Service Technician. Lew was servicing another customer about 25 miles away. I told him of our problem and he said that he would be at our home in 1-1/4 to 1-1/2 hours and that he had the correct replacement battery with him. He arrived in exactly 1-1/4 hours, installed the replacement battery and tested the operation of our vehicle as well as all the electronics that might have been disrupted during the time the battery was disconnected. He was extremely friendly and explained what he was doing to correct our problem. We thanked him and Lew left our home at 10:45. We were on our way by 10:50 and arrived at our destination about 1 hour later than planned. Our weekend trip was a success thanks to the terrific service from Lew as well as Lexus of Palm Beach. More

Javier was very friendly and even though I ended up just needing air in my tire, he was very efficient and worked fast. Had a dead battery and the car was locked and could not be opened key fob. Lew was called at about 7:30 PM and was in my driveway by 9AM the next day. Friendly and efficient. Great employee!! My car went dead in the garage. My wife suggested that I call AAA. I remembered that Lexus has a similar service. I called and within 25 minutes Lew Fleischer was there replacing my dead battery with a br call AAA. I remembered that Lexus has a similar service. Before I finished my coffee the car was ready to drive again. Kudos to Lexus and to Lew. My lease is up this November and I will not lease anything other than a Lexus and from Palm Beach Lexus too! My car dies in my driveway. I call the 24 hr roadside number. Within 20 minutes "Lew" is at my door. He knew what was wrong immediately.
