My service representative, Brian Kobus, displayed true quality and exceptional customer service. I was running late to get a replacement battery for mine that died the day before. This is my 4th Lexus I purchased. From the first Lexus I purchased, I knew this would be the only car I buy. They hardly brake down, the only think is a must do are change the oil, fi From the first Lexus I purchased, I knew this would be the only car I buy. They hardly brake down, the only think is a must do are change the oil, filter and tires. I never had another problem with my 4-5 Lexuses I bought in the last 25-30 years. I took my Lexus to the dealer to change the oil and filter, as they were due. Also I was hearing a funny noise on the driver side and couldn’t define the source. The service department had to keep the car for couple days to fix the issue, which it was a part in the left AC vent, not a big deal. What impressed me is they gave me a loaner car to use until my car was done. Not only any loaner but one of the top model they had. They trusted me with a gorgeous new car and what was really and pleasantly surprising, they drove us. The day my car was ready and fixed, and due to a personal issue, Lexus had a gentleman bring my car home and take the loaner back. I was extremely happy and surprised they would do this. They treat you like family even though all departments were extremely busy, they treated me like one of the company’s family. I can’t say enough about Lexus’s service and treatment. I know you may pay a little more at Lexus for the cars’ maintenance, but it gives me peace of mind. When I am ready to trade my car, guess where I will be going to: Lexus More
