I questioned Danielle, my service advisor, whether or not I needed new tires and tried to explain the difference of what was being recommended and told to me now and what I have been told previously on the phone when I said at my appointment she got aggravated and said to" WE ARE DONE HERE! are here!" Then she passed me to her general service manager who was also not particularly nice either. Went on and on about how the service department was not like they used to be they are very trustworthy yada yada .... .After a lot of arguing and 45 minutes later, they switched me to a very professional and knowledgeable service advisor named Viet Dang. He wats the only bright spot in this service appointment. I asked him to show me the wear on the tires . We walked out to look. Viet looked back at me and agreed, I did not need tires. And said I have 5,000 miles/ another six months to go. So I had my oil changed and my tires rotated which was what I was supposed to have done to begin with. I would have given this a no star rating except for Viet was terrific. I would just tell anybody who goes there... be very cautious of what you are told. Shame on you Lexus! 2017 and you're still acting like the auto sales ripoff that we all thought was gone a long time.ago.... More

Terrible inattentive service ... all glitz and nothing more I split my time between NJ and FL, with a Lexus in both towns. Recently I had a horrific service experience at Palm Beach Lexus that was in stark contrast to the attentive service I receive the Lexus of Route 10 in NJ. It started with what I was told would be a routine service that could be addressed in an hour or two but was informed could take to end of day so I was given a loaner car. They asked if it could go to the next morning but that I'd get a call at the end of that day with status. Well no call and no reply to 3 messages left the next morning. I get a call at 3 in the afternoon to get a repair authorization and I made clear that I had to get the car that night because I was in an all day client meeting the next day and then straight to the airport. The representative assured me that it would be ready at 7 but the time came and went with no call. I tried to reach her at 7:30 but she left for the evening. Next day I am deep in a meeting when a voicemail shows up at 10 saying it is ready ... No apology or explanation, just that it is ready. I have to end a client meeting 90 minutes early to back track to the dealership before my flight and the representative doesn't even have the decency to come out to greet me. This is not the Lexus service experience portrayed in their ads and that I experience at Lexus of Route 10 in NJ. Palm Beach Lexus, get your personal attention and timing corrected because you are cheapening the brand! More
terrible customer service was scheduled for oil and filter service at 10 AM. Came in at 9:50. Left the car with keys. At 10:30 got a call from Fransesca who said she was looki was scheduled for oil and filter service at 10 AM. Came in at 9:50. Left the car with keys. At 10:30 got a call from Fransesca who said she was looking for me. Asked why she was looking. She said that she didn't know what I was in for. Explained again - for oil and filter and that everybody knew that. Came back in 10 minutes. The car wasn't even started on yet. Asked Fransesca how long it would take to change oil and filter. She said that when they get to it, it would be at least an hour more. Had to leave without service. at 10:40 More
FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was a bit leery of having my lexus serviced here because of the poor reviews at this site but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was courteous, I was a bit leery of having my lexus serviced here because of the poor reviews at this site but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was courteous, actually a bit aloof as one might expect in such an opulent showroom/waiting room. But once they found out that I am just a regular guy who happens to own a luxury car they became real people. The cashier, Charlotte, was great. We talked about cars and even our dogs. She also contacted my service agent, Charlie, who immediately came to see me. He told me that the service was taking longer because they were doing my 30,000 mile service .... all covered under under my warranty. While I waited there was a food counter which had free bagels (of course w cream cheese) and a lot of other items. They have a self serve Starbucks machine which whips out an up-to-standard coffee/cocoa/tea selection. The only cons to my experience was that it did take a while longer than I expected (2 hours) and maybe the place is a bit over the top in opulence, but what should I have expected? This is Palm Beach. More

Was hearing noises when driving at high speed HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I will never take my car back to this ZOO! I was left out in lobby for 2hrs without known what was wrong with my car.. mistreated I went in for an oil change, Danielle Walker was my service advisor. I was quoted 1 1/2 wait. Never was told how much oil change was. She asked me to sign and initial a paper without telling me what it was for. My mistake, I just signed. So, after 2 hours my car finally done. $71.01 for an oil change! Was disrespected while paying, more or less called a liar. I was a customer of Palm Beac Lexus until today. Never been treated that way in there. More

Lexus states best customer service, best luxury cars, what a joke! I can't believe I have to wait a YEAR for a part. More
