Lexus of Palm Beach is unfortunately all about appearances and not substance. See how they’ve suggested I call them to remedy things moving forward? What about the damage Already done to my car? Ladies and gentlemen, you need to know that I have already been in contact with customer relations, who assured me the proper information would be forwarded to the service department and that someone would contact me to remedy the situation. TO DATE, I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE A CALL, APOLOGY, OR OFFER OF REPAIR OR RENUMERATION FOR DAMAGE DONE TO MY CAR FROM ANYBODY AT PALM BEACH LEXUS. Talk is cheap, Lexus. Your cars are not. Here is a transcript of my communications with Lexus after sending an email to Brian Kobus (my “service rep”, who Still hasn’t responded directly to my complaint): Good Afternoon, My name is Gina I handle the customer relations here at Lexus of Palm Beach. I received your email today, and I would like to speak to you if possible to help resolve issue. Please let me know number to reach you and best time to call. Thank you in Advance, Gina Lexus of Palm Beach My repl(ies) Gina, I’m not sure what what you can do to resolve anything at this point. My car (which has some 6000 miles on it and which I bought, not leased) now has front hood and grill damage due to the negligence of the service department at the dealership in West Palm Beach. I don’t need a call from customer relations. Rather, I should have had no less than 2 calls from the service department explaining what happened and what they plan to do to remedy the damage they have done to my car. Nevertheless, if you wish to speak with me I can be reached at... (hadn’t heard back, so the next day...): Talk is cheap, Gina. I still haven’t heard from you, nor anybody else from your organization. What is being done to remedy this? and finally my last communication from customer relations: Good Morning, I am sorry, I was not in yesterday, I was out sick. My service Director Kenny will be contacting you shortly. I am getting all information together and giving it to him. I apologize, I just read your email from yesterday. We will contact you @ 561-. I will relay all information so we can help resolve this issue. Thank you Talk soon, No folks, I never heard from “Kenny”. That was 3 1/2 months ago. So no, I will not be calling Palm Beach Lexus to discuss how to fix the Ongoing severe quality assurance problems there. They clearly need to hire a consultant for that. When and if Lexus steps up to the plate and actually DOES the right thing instead of TALKING about it, I will return to this review and retract my statements as appropriate. If you fail to see a retraction, then you can assume my statements here are accurate and that the service department at Lexus of Palm Beach is to be avoided. Until then, USE THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT AT YOUR OWN PERIL. Furthermore, CONSIDER BUYING YOUR LEXUS AT JM LEXUS so that you don’t have to be subjected to the substandard service department in Palm Beach.
