I recently bought a new car at Lexus of Palm beach and was made to feel uncomfortable when I brought my car in as the wheel lock was missing. The cost is $25 but the manager came out and said it was suppl was made to feel uncomfortable when I brought my car in as the wheel lock was missing. Said it would take three days but no one ever contacted me. For $25 they lost a customer. I bought the car 12/19 and my wife wants a new Lexus now, guess which dealer I’m am not going to. Glad they saved $25 as they lost a sale of a new SUV. More
Lexus of Palm Beach has integrity problems. After my new car was brought in for service I noticed my hood seemed out of alignment. When I opened the hood, I found 3 pins which had been removed to inspect th car was brought in for service I noticed my hood seemed out of alignment. When I opened the hood, I found 3 pins which had been removed to inspect the car had been left loose, one of which was propping up one side of the hood, one which was loose and one which remains missing. Incompetence or intentionally careless? Doesn’t matter. Lexus of Palm Beach just damaged my new car, for a second time! What is suspect is that I didn’t receive one of their “internal review” emails after the second service. Infer what you will-that’s unacceptable for any company to govern themselves in this way! More

After having one of Lexus vehicles serviced, it stalled on the ramp of a busy highway. I waited4 hours in 100 degree heat for a tow. When I got back to dealership to pick up another loaner, the loaner had a defective windshield. On the way to see my dad in the hospital, I almost died trying to see through the windshield in the rain. Videos show my experience. They not only did not care, they did not give me another loaner. My other car has been meticulously maintained yet they charged 4000 for a service. They kept both cars over 2 weeks, and returned them dirty. After being a loyal customer for 20 years, the must they took off on a 7000 bill was $400. Now both cars are STILL not running safely. A robot answers their Facebook messages so don’t bother. Tried to rip me off I went to this service center for an oil change about 2 weeks ago. My oil change was quoted at 135. No problem. Donna my service manager came back to me with a listing of over 2000 in needed repairs. She said the most needed was new tires as my current tires are bald. The new tires were quoted at over 600 total. I passed on this as I was just there for an oil change. I am currently at a Tires Plus. The tech there says my tires are not bald. Other than basic service, stay away from this Lexus service center and Donna. I will say in all fairness, that up until the upsell attempt by Donna, I was happy with the service I received at Lexus. For the wait ON TOP of that he didn't want to give me dealer employee discount which I been getting for last 2.5 years! Service or detail department stole from vehicle Brought my girlfriends IS in for routine oil change. When we got in the vehicle we immediately noticed a small coin my daughter gave her was missing. Long and short is the detail or service department steals from the vehicles so check them thoroughly. Wouldn't go back if we didn't have prepaid maintenance. Definitely calling to cancel the prepaid maintenance to get the vehicle maintained elsewhere More

Bought tires from them two years ago and one of the tires EXPLODED on the highway. I could have been killed. They had no idea why it happened and said "sorry, your tire warranty just expired." Had to buy another one. Now I am sitting here waiting for my car to be returned without warning lights on. Also, when you call the service department, the phone is sometimes not answered (and it's during business hours). You are sent in a tailspin of pushing buttons that never lead to the opportunity to leave a voicemail. West Palm Beach needs another Lexus dealership to compete with these people. Will someone open one in Jupiter....PLEASE? More

I questioned Danielle, my service advisor, whether or not I needed new tires and tried to explain the difference of what was being recommended and told to me now and what I have been told previously on the phone when I said at my appointment she got aggravated and said to" WE ARE DONE HERE! are here!" Then she passed me to her general service manager who was also not particularly nice either. Went on and on about how the service department was not like they used to be they are very trustworthy yada yada .... .After a lot of arguing and 45 minutes later, they switched me to a very professional and knowledgeable service advisor named Viet Dang. He wats the only bright spot in this service appointment. I asked him to show me the wear on the tires . We walked out to look. Viet looked back at me and agreed, I did not need tires. And said I have 5,000 miles/ another six months to go. So I had my oil changed and my tires rotated which was what I was supposed to have done to begin with. I would have given this a no star rating except for Viet was terrific. I would just tell anybody who goes there... be very cautious of what you are told. Shame on you Lexus! 2017 and you're still acting like the auto sales ripoff that we all thought was gone a long time.ago.... More
