Per one of the comments to the right, service has slowed down a bit; it tool about a half an hour longer than it should have for a routine 5,000 mile service. A minor complaint: Because of Covid, there are no longer bottles of water available. So a gentleman circulates and asked if you want anything (to drink). I have been going to this dealership for over 10 years now and I have nothing negative to say about the servicing or the people that work there. They are always willing to assist, cordial and keeps me in now and I have nothing negative to say about the servicing or the people that work there. In particular I must commend Kenny, Pat, Francesca, Joe and Cornelius who have taken the time to help me on many occasions whenever I am there or when I call. Service is terrible. First time I went for service was told my tires couldn’t be rotated bcs the rear are larger than the front. This is far from the truth. All my tires are the same size on my car. I guess a little knowledge is not expected for being a women. The 2nd time I went at 7 am and I’m not a morning person. I was told by Thorlief Evenson he couldn’t find my maintenance warranty. I took my car to another dealership that was able to service my car under warranty. I won’t be returning to Lexus after both bad experiences. More

I used to have nothing but positive experiences at the Lexus of PB service dept. Not this time! Worst experience I've ever had there. The 2 stars is only for the dashboard replacement and it was done in one day. The rest was terrible. Upon getting my car back, I immediately saw my front window sun shade tossed on the backseat, along with all the contents of my glove box. Very sloppy work and I had service advisor Joe put sun shade back up, as I didn't leave it that way when I dropped off my car. I also found a broken A/C vent that definately wasn't this way when the car was dropped off, as well as an unknown broken piece of black plastic also on my back seat. It seems as if the service guys broke something else and just tossed it in the back seat along with glove box contents, hoping I wouldn't find it. The loaner car I received had incorrect paperwork about the gas in the vehicle and the mileage, I had problems getting any callback from Joe Chevres (service advisor) about this and about the fact I realized the next day I had accidentally left my cell phone charger in the loaner car, as I was in a hurry when picking up my vehicle. Phone calls to Joe not returned, just as the case about the loaner vehicle discrepancies. I also emailed a picture of the box the cell charger came in, and still no response from Joe. Prior service advisors Charlie Dao, Neil Medina and Danny Chupek were excellent, so I'm not understanding the lack of communication on every issue. The last cherry on top of the whole thing was also finding my in-A/C vent air freshener in the floorboard. The sloppiest job I've ever seen from Lexus of PB and it made me feel like I was at a Toyota dealer, not the standards I've experience in the past from this Lexus dealer. I was planning to upgrade my vehicle this coming year, but I will be traveling to JM Lexus I suppose. Be warned of the "new and not improved" Lexus of PB. Epic fail AutoNation. More
Love my Lexus but the dealer is terrible. They do not honor the extra warranty that I purchased and misrepresented the coverage. I definitely like the vehicle so be sure to go to another dealer otherwise you are treated if you bought a used Yugo. More
It’s our time to trade our old Lexus to a new one so we went to Lexus of palm beach. We were in the dealer inside the building for at least 30 minutes looking the cars for our self not a single person came went to Lexus of palm beach. I was injured by the trunk of my car that spontaneously came down on my head. When I called twice, I had no response. When I called them again, I was stonewalled and they could care less that I had a blunt came down on my head. When I called twice, I had no response.
