Reach out to who? The same management who allows this nonsense to go on. I had a problem a couple of months ago when you guys replaced my dashboard and broke my AC vent hoping I wouldn't notice. Your standards are so bad you should be ashamed of yourself. I think I would get better service at a freaking Chevrolet dealership. This will be my last Lexus because of how bad your service is. If you want to reach out to me, you reach out to me It's not my responsibility to call you. I'm sure it is not that hard to find me. Every single time I've been to your dealership which is four times in the last few months there's always an issue. Even my "car wash" was a joke last time as your team left a paper service ticket on my dashboard and got wet paper all over my car and under the hood. Shame on you and the crap service you put out. $40,000 for a car and you can't get any decent work done on it. No wonder people say it's worth the drive to go to JM Lexus.

The general manager is welcome to call me on my listed phone number from my service paperwork. I would appreciate it if someone would actually respond to me about my phone cell charger. I have called and emailed, even an exact picture of the box the car charger came in, and heard nothing from service adviser Joe. Very very disappointed with this visit. Worst ever at a Lexus dealership.
