I'm rating this dealership with 5 stars for the facility, numerous employees, and my favorite service advisor, Francesca. I am never pressured to do more service than really needed. My average time spent waiting for my vehicle is about 3.5 hours. Never major work - just oil change and multipoint inspection, OR brakes, OR something else, so not sure what exactly takes SO long.
