The facility was beautiful. Lots of light which made exploring the new vehicles easy. The sales process did take almost 4hours. Way too long. There is a small tear on an armrest which I inquired about and was told there’s only so they’re willing to do on a 6 year old car. Not what a potential owner wants to hear. I’m sure Lexus of Palm Beach wants 5 stars, then they need to put in 5 star work. Ron Speck, our salesperson did what he could, but a visible tear should have been addressed. More
