The sale process was quick and there was no pressure to upsell extra offers like an extended warranty. They explained what was offered and accepted your decision without any further push. All details of the transaction went smoothly and we left the showroom that day with our new car and they even provided hard license plates, no temporary paper plates, a nice touch. If in the market for a new Lexus, I would definitely go back. More
