My service always takes multiple hours at this location. I came in for a 20,000 mile check up and it took over 3 hours and my car wasn’t even washed. Not sure where to start. .. Nasty, rude, obnoxious, unpleasant, unprofessional. The Lexus way is a constant of pursuit of perfection and an emphasis or focus on the cust .. Nasty, rude, obnoxious, unpleasant, unprofessional. The Lexus way is a constant of pursuit of perfection and an emphasis or focus on the customer and retention. This store is actually owned and operated by AutoNation, the same company that was AutoNation USA back in the 90s with a horrible reputation and renamed Maroone automotive and now back to AutoNation. The company actually has some very nice staff at other locations and real professionals at places like Mercedes in Coconut Creek. Unfortunately the General Manager at this Palm Beach area Lexus store lacks most of what is desired in the leader of a large store. They are not a high volume store like the one in Pembroke Pines, Longo CA, Miami, or Margate. It's a shame that they would abuse a 90 year old loyal client with 4 consecutive Lexus leases because she traveled from 50 miles away to get a stronger deal on an in stock color. The unprofessional behavior exhibited by all management and by the that female General Manager is not acceptable More
