I have been buying Lexus cars at this dealership for the last 23 years and I’ve always had amazing service. The sales staff have always been very attentive. I have never had an issue. I just recently bought last 23 years and I’ve always had amazing service. The sales staff have always been very attentive. I have never had an issue. I just recently bought out my lease and I noticed that the staff was not nearly as attentive and borderline condescending. I’m not sure if it’s because I wasn’t Purchasing a new lease or buying a new car so they thought that it wasn’t much of a sale but whatever the case was, I did not feel valued and after 23 years I will probably go somewhere else to purchase another Lexus More
