Had an 8 AM appt and waited 3 hours for them to check my battery that was under warranty. Nothing wrong the first pass on the troubleshooting, then my car would not start after they finished washing it. Bac battery that was under warranty. Service Rep Sam was great, I have been here many times and you may as well settle in, get coffee and make sure you brace yourself for the outcome. More
