I was not happy with the Sales Advisor Lisa Freseman-Carvalho, dealing with her was the worse experience I have ever had at any dealershipe I've ever been to.She did everything she could to mak Freseman-Carvalho, dealing with her was the worse experience I have ever had at any dealershipe I've ever been to.She did everything she could to make me as uncomfortable as possible. Althourght I didn't purchase my car from Lexus of WPB' I had a maintenance contract on my car. I will never go back to that dealership again. More
