My service representative, Brian Kobus, displayed true quality and exceptional customer service. I was running late to get a replacement battery for mine that died the day before. I contacted him and his response was not to worry. He gave me options for a new battery but told me that the technician will make sure the electrical system was working. He gave me updates while I was waiting and when the car was done asked if I wanted to do the short service due. I did the service, my car was washed, and Brian stayed late until my car was finished.
