The easiest and most pleasant car buying experience EVER! Stopped by merely to look at the RX350. It was on our "three car short list" for a year end vehicle purchase. We also visited two other dealerships i Stopped by merely to look at the RX350. It was on our "three car short list" for a year end vehicle purchase. We also visited two other dealerships in order to compare all three cars on our list. Long story short, it was obvious instantly that the RX350 was THE car, and that Lexus of Palm Beach was not your ordinary car dealership. There was ZERO hard sell, Mr. Edwards merely showed us the car, answered our questions and thanked us for visiting. Mr. Ramirez followed up the next day with a brief Thank You for Visiting email and asking what kind of a "year end deal" would we need to buy now? We picked up the car two days later at the Out the Door price we wanted. Never once 'negotiated', or got a hard sell on Dealer Fee or useless options. Truly an Amazing Experience! MORE: a couple minor options were 'missing' at Saturday morning pickup. They said come back Monday morning and Service will install everything. The Service Department is also Over the Top, INSTANT check in, fresh coffee and freshly baked pastry in a lovely waiting area... and FAST turnaround! I'm going to like going for oil changes! More
I purchased a new NX350h earlier this week. I had ordered it before it was built and shipped from Ontario, Canada to Lexus of Palm Beach. Throughout the process, my salesman, Alexander Bondar I had ordered it before it was built and shipped from Ontario, Canada to Lexus of Palm Beach. Throughout the process, my salesman, Alexander Bondarevsky, guided me through the steps, and provided timely updates. There was no high pressure tactics involved, and Alex proved honesty is still the best policy. He also patiently assisted with the education process when the new vehicle, with many features new to me, was delivered, and even promised a 3 hour video to further assist. If you intend to visit this dealership, I recommend you see Alex, who was also very humble when I told him I would recommend him on dealerrater, as I drove away with my new vehicle. More
Let me stop by saying this is the worst dealership I’ve ever been to let me begin. We have a 2022 Lexus ES 300 hybrid about seven months ago we started having problems to check engine light kept coming on ever been to let me begin. We have a 2022 Lexus ES 300 hybrid about seven months ago we started having problems to check engine light kept coming on kept bringing the car back to the dealership every time we picked it up they said it was fixed, we drove down the block and it came back back to the dealership again well now it’s been going on for so long at first we were talking with the general manager and we were talking with the service manager/director But after it wasn’t fixed the fourth time we decided it was time to call Lexus because this might be a lemon and we needed their help with that being said we went back to the dealership and retreated with such disrespect, the GM pretty much told my husband to get out of her office. She had nothing more to say to him because he went and called Lexus corporation she will no longer help him. Neither will the service director/manager couldn’t believe it could not believe it, well the car wound up back at Lexus again this time the car broke down in a very bad area. We could have been killed to be towed back up there check engine light was on and it has been now almost one month now let’s remember this is a certified preowned , come to find out that Lexus certified preowned is a third-party warranty company. They lie we were told when we bought the car that it was A Lexus certified preowned through their Lexus company so now the car is there for a month. The engineer came down warranty company came down all because nobody knows what’s wrong with this car. Well, as it turned out, they all decided that they’ll take the top of the engine off to send it out to be cleaned and put back together to see if that worked everybody doubted it needless to say, they got the approval from the warranty company so they took it apart and guess what the warranty company decided they don’t want to pay to have it cleaned or put back together. Been sitting there for almost one month but it is a covered item I spoke with for other dealerships. And each one of them confirmed it was a covered item so of course they’re playing a very bad game. Very bad. It caused me to have to call the agriculture licenses their company and file a full report. Nobody seen very happy when I did that since they’ll be full investigation. I contacted consumer affairs the attorney general‘s office, I’ve also contacted the Better Business Bureau and I finally was able to get a hold of AutoNation corporate office. They were shocked at the story. I told them so now we are waiting almost a month. Nothing has been done. Nobody cares. Our next step is to contact the newspaper and the news so that they can also know what’s going on. Maybe they’ll do a full report on it who knows we’re hoping but I just wanna let everybody know that. They should not purchase a Lexus car truck or anything because this could happen to you imagine More
