Run. Don’t walk. Horrible sales experience. They add things that you didn’t want including dent protection for $1,000 Didn’t want it and they added it in. Not to be Horrible sales experience. We had an agreed price on my trade and at the last.minute said my tires were bad (after they checked the car out) and reduced the trade by several hundred dollars. The car was on their lot until it sold and they never changed the tires!, Oh and made about $2,000 when my trade in was sold. My salesperson Lon Siegel is horrible too. The F and I guy is also slick. JM Lexus more honest and not slick. Hence, run. Don’t walk before you give them one dime. Service or detail department stole from vehicle Brought my girlfriends IS in for routine oil change. When we got in the vehicle we immediately noticed a small coin my daughter gave her was missing. We notified the service advisor and we were informed there was nothing they could do. Both her and my daughter were extremely upset and cried the whole way home. Long and short is the detail or service department steals from the vehicles so check them thoroughly. Wouldn't go back if we didn't have prepaid maintenance. Definitely calling to cancel the prepaid maintenance to get the vehicle maintained elsewhere More

One of the worst car buying experiences I have ever had This was one of the worst car buying experiences I have ever had. I test drive a few cars with the salesperson Marcelo. I decided that I liked the 201 This was one of the worst car buying experiences I have ever had. I test drive a few cars with the salesperson Marcelo. I decided that I liked the 2017 RX 350 and wanted to lease it. When I asked about the price, it was outrageous for the base model. When I asked about the price advertised on the website, he and his finance manager, Alex, told me that it was a mistake and that they would "honor" the deal. They came back with a higher down payment and higher monthly payment than the ad. When I questioned the price, they tried to explain that the difference was taxes and finance charges for $2500 and $800, respectively. Neither costs should be paid upfront on a lease!!! I walked away in disgust. later that day Marcelo contacted me saying that the would honor the ad exactly as it was on the website. The following day I agreed to the car but when I asked about the price, he suggested I come in and negotiate. When I said I'm not coming in until the price was guaranteed, his manager called and said he could'nt match the price. Additionally, they came back with an offer that was nearly twice as much as the advertisement on their own website! I ended up going to JM Lexus and experienced the exact opposite of Palm Beach Lexus. Unknowingly, JM Lexus offers one price only and does not negotiate. It turned out to be the easiest and most upfront experience with no surprises. Moreover, I got a much better deal than what Palm Beach offered me! I would stay far away from this dealership and do business elsewhere. Buying a car is a huge decision and this dealership is the reason why everyone dreads buying cars. More
