On my way to work this morning I got a flat tire. Scary! I called Lexus and immediately spoke to Lou Fleischer for road side assistance. I met with Rick first, who helped me decide on which new LEXUS might be best for my wife and me, and then when I returned the next day, with Rick unavailable, his sales partner, Jeff Jerome took over. Both men exhibited the courtesy and professionalism you would expect in an upscale dealership like Lexus of Palm Beach; but they both added one other factor into the mix: care. My wife and I believe that Jeff and Rick truly wanted to best for us and the deal we were able to conclude was exceptional. It looks like we’ve become permanent customers of Lexus of Palm Beach. I have been a Lexus owner since 2004 when I purchased my LS. I recently purchased an HS250h and needed some warranty service. I went to JM Lexus with a friend of mine met with one of the assistant service LS. I recently purchased an HS250h and needed some warranty service. I went to JM Lexus with a friend of mine met with one of the assistant service managers. Basically he intimated that I didn't purchase my car from JM and didn't feel they were required to service it under the Lexus Warranty. So, yesterday I brought my Lexus in for warranty work at Palm Beach Lexus. I was introduced to Francesca Schintu. What a wonderful person! She made me feel comfortable and at ease. I really feel she will handle my problems. Francesca gave me a loaner car and told me she would call me when my car was ready. This morning, I noticed the rear tire of the loaner car was flat. I called Francesca's voice mail and it reported she was not in. I left her a message and within a few minutes Lexus of Palm Beach called to notify me that someone would come to change the tire. It amazes me to know that Francesca, on her day off, was still in touch with her company. Within a half hour Lew Fleischer, the road services technician, showed up and changed the tire. What can I say? The service was above and beyond. I feel Francesca and Lew are walking advertisements for Lexus of Palm Beach. Please let them know how much I appreciated their service. We went online and found exactly what my wife and I were looking for, a pristine 2010 White RX350 with low Mileage, garage kept. Tony called and immediately we felt at ease, after a discussion we purchased it based on its appearance, Carfax, the fact that it was originally purchased at Palm Beach Lexus and that it was Lexus certified for 3 years/100K. Flew in to West Palm Beach Airport and Tony picked me up. After paperwork and a good look I was heading north in 2 hours. Drove it back up to NJ in two days and it was a wonderful drive, much smoother than my 2003 RX 350. Thought I had a noise Underneath from 1200 miles at an average speed of 70 MPH ?… I took it to Ray Catena Lexus in Monmouth NJ and they immediately gave my wife a loaner 2013 RX 350 for the day. Issue was a loose muffler fitting. We are very happy with this entire transaction and follow up at a dealership 1200 miles away… More

The service, friendliness and price were wonderful. We purchased 2 cars, used. One Lexus and one Mazda 6. So far the Lexus has been fine but with the 3 day of being able to return the car, we discovered i purchased 2 cars, used. One Lexus and one Mazda 6. So far the Lexus has been fine but with the 3 day of being able to return the car, we discovered it had an oil leak. Now not even 2 weeks it has to go back again as the fan motor doesn't shut off. Granted the car wasn't 30,000 dollars but it is for my daughter and was hoping for a little security knowing the car was decent. Hoping nothing else goes wrong. The people have been wonderful as far as taking the car in and I truly appreciate it. Eric was absolutely AWESOME! More

After an initial e-m, we were contacted almost immediately by Anne Lopatin. She was wonderful from the very start. She was not only knowledgable in regards to the car, but so professional. We set up and appoinment, visited the Dealership, and were literally blown away. Anne made the process of obtaining our new GS 350 so effortless. Needless to say, we happily drove away with our new beautiful car and could not be happier.
