Once I told the dealership that my 2019 ES350 would not start, they made an appointment for me immediately. Rick, the service manager, could not have been nicer. I brought my car in to have the lower splash shield reattached and front grill assembly re-secured. When car was returned to me I noticed that the splash shield on the left wheel well was still loose. reattached and front grill assembly re-secured. When car was returned to me I noticed that the splash shield on the left wheel well was still loose. I pointed this out to the service adviser who said that the tab was broken and nothing could be done. When I got home I found that I was able to fasten the splash shield to the frame using the tab that the service adviser claimed to be broken. I was rather disappointed that I had to complete the job after paying $119 to the dealer. More
