One of the worst car buying experiences I have ever had This was one of the worst car buying experiences I have ever had. I test drive a few cars with the salesperson Marcelo. I decided that I liked the 201 This was one of the worst car buying experiences I have ever had. I test drive a few cars with the salesperson Marcelo. I decided that I liked the 2017 RX 350 and wanted to lease it. When I asked about the price, it was outrageous for the base model. When I asked about the price advertised on the website, he and his finance manager, Alex, told me that it was a mistake and that they would "honor" the deal. They came back with a higher down payment and higher monthly payment than the ad. When I questioned the price, they tried to explain that the difference was taxes and finance charges for $2500 and $800, respectively. Neither costs should be paid upfront on a lease!!! I walked away in disgust. later that day Marcelo contacted me saying that the would honor the ad exactly as it was on the website. The following day I agreed to the car but when I asked about the price, he suggested I come in and negotiate. When I said I'm not coming in until the price was guaranteed, his manager called and said he could'nt match the price. Additionally, they came back with an offer that was nearly twice as much as the advertisement on their own website! I ended up going to JM Lexus and experienced the exact opposite of Palm Beach Lexus. Unknowingly, JM Lexus offers one price only and does not negotiate. It turned out to be the easiest and most upfront experience with no surprises. Moreover, I got a much better deal than what Palm Beach offered me! I would stay far away from this dealership and do business elsewhere. Buying a car is a huge decision and this dealership is the reason why everyone dreads buying cars. More
Unfortunately the only game in town Brought my car in for service today. It was returned to me with the "service required soon" and the tire warning light still on. Bought tires from them two years ago and one of the tires EXPLODED on the highway. I could have been killed. They had no idea why it happened and said "sorry, your tire warranty just expired." Had to buy another one. Now I am sitting here waiting for my car to be returned without warning lights on. Also, when you call the service department, the phone is sometimes not answered (and it's during business hours). You are sent in a tailspin of pushing buttons that never lead to the opportunity to leave a voicemail. West Palm Beach needs another Lexus dealership to compete with these people. Will someone open one in Jupiter....PLEASE? More

I questioned Danielle, my service advisor, whether or not I needed new tires and tried to explain the difference of what was being recommended and told to me now and what I have been told previously on the phone when I said at my appointment she got aggravated and said to" WE ARE DONE HERE! are here!" Then she passed me to her general service manager who was also not particularly nice either. Went on and on about how the service department was not like they used to be they are very trustworthy yada yada .... .After a lot of arguing and 45 minutes later, they switched me to a very professional and knowledgeable service advisor named Viet Dang. He wats the only bright spot in this service appointment. I asked him to show me the wear on the tires . We walked out to look. Viet looked back at me and agreed, I did not need tires. And said I have 5,000 miles/ another six months to go. So I had my oil changed and my tires rotated which was what I was supposed to have done to begin with. I would have given this a no star rating except for Viet was terrific. I would just tell anybody who goes there... be very cautious of what you are told. Shame on you Lexus! 2017 and you're still acting like the auto sales ripoff that we all thought was gone a long time.ago.... More

Terrible inattentive service ... all glitz and nothing more I split my time between NJ and FL, with a Lexus in both towns. Recently I had a horrific service experience at Palm Beach Lexus that was in stark cont I split my time between NJ and FL, with a Lexus in both towns. Recently I had a horrific service experience at Palm Beach Lexus that was in stark contrast to the attentive service I receive the Lexus of Route 10 in NJ. It started with what I was told would be a routine service that could be addressed in an hour or two but was informed could take to end of day so I was given a loaner car. They asked if it could go to the next morning but that I'd get a call at the end of that day with status. Well no call and no reply to 3 messages left the next morning. I get a call at 3 in the afternoon to get a repair authorization and I made clear that I had to get the car that night because I was in an all day client meeting the next day and then straight to the airport. The representative assured me that it would be ready at 7 but the time came and went with no call. I tried to reach her at 7:30 but she left for the evening. Next day I am deep in a meeting when a voicemail shows up at 10 saying it is ready ... No apology or explanation, just that it is ready. I have to end a client meeting 90 minutes early to back track to the dealership before my flight and the representative doesn't even have the decency to come out to greet me. This is not the Lexus service experience portrayed in their ads and that I experience at Lexus of Route 10 in NJ. Palm Beach Lexus, get your personal attention and timing corrected because you are cheapening the brand! More

At 10:30 got a call from Fransesca who said she was looki was scheduled for oil and filter service at 10 AM. Came in at 9:50. Left the car with keys. At 10:30 got a call from Fransesca who said she was looking for me. Asked why she was looking. She said that she didn't know what I was in for. Explained again - for oil and filter and that everybody knew that. Came back in 10 minutes. The car wasn't even started on yet. Asked Fransesca how long it would take to change oil and filter. She said that when they get to it, it would be at least an hour more. Had to leave without service. at 10:40 More
