Very disappointing Service Department Very disappointed! I own 2 Lexus been coming here past 2.5 years for my regular maintenance Need! This time around I had an appointment set for 1pm C Very disappointed! I own 2 Lexus been coming here past 2.5 years for my regular maintenance Need! This time around I had an appointment set for 1pm Came in But the service Advisor who was assign to me Name: SAM just left for Lunch so as a dealer they should assign someone else to me But they didn't and. I had to wait ALMOST 1 hour to he gets Back! and once he got back I did Not even got a simple apology! For the wait ON TOP of that he didn't want to give me dealer employee discount which I been getting for last 2.5 years! Now I am not writing this review because of the discount But as an regular customer and 2 Lexus Owner I Do expected More from LEXUS OF PALM BEACH More

Wasted my time and invited me to come by to buy my used Car I have what by most would be considered a close to mint low miles 2009 BMW 135i. I got an email from Oliver telling me he wants to personally have me I have what by most would be considered a close to mint low miles 2009 BMW 135i. I got an email from Oliver telling me he wants to personally have me come in and they WILL give me close to my Car Gurus asking price. The inside was mint... plenty of miles on the rear tires left, although I was told they were junk and needed to be replaced. Oh and let's talk about how the trunk needs to be "repainted" because of tree acid water droplets which a car detail shop could easily get out for a low price. I've seen 10x worse paint jobs look mint after 3 hours of some professional detailers. Autonation is a joke. I got offered 7500 for a mint, perfectly running BMW. Market value lists it at 12,500K. Had I known they were part of autonation, I'd have just stayed home.I've seen multiple posts claiming they offer a value on a used car then start naming things they need to fix but DO NOT fix it and sell it AS is. This is LIES. If I can drive my car out of the lot and drive home perfectly fine zooming in and out of traffic so can anyone else who would have bought it. Don't fall for their lies. Buy a new car is not the same thing as getting told we want your vehicle only to tell you it needs tires that it doesn't need and it needs to be repainted.... which is hilarious. More

Run. Don’t walk. Horrible sales experience. They add things that you didn’t want including dent protection for $1,000 Didn’t want it and they added it in. Not to be Horrible sales experience. We had an agreed price on my trade and at the last.minute said my tires were bad (after they checked the car out) and reduced the trade by several hundred dollars. The car was on their lot until it sold and they never changed the tires!, Oh and made about $2,000 when my trade in was sold. My salesperson Lon Siegel is horrible too. The F and I guy is also slick. JM Lexus more honest and not slick. Hence, run. Don’t walk before you give them one dime. Horrible place that gives car buying a horrible experience The salesmen have signs on their desk asking for excellent ratings. I never got my questionnaire since they knew they’d get all zeros. Service or detail department stole from vehicle Brought my girlfriends IS in for routine oil change. When we got in the vehicle we immediately noticed a small coin my daughter gave her was missing. We notified the service advisor and we were informed there was nothing they could do. Both her and my daughter were extremely upset and cried the whole way home. Long and short is the detail or service department steals from the vehicles so check them thoroughly. Wouldn't go back if we didn't have prepaid maintenance. Definitely calling to cancel the prepaid maintenance to get the vehicle maintained elsewhere More

Horrible Customer Service I have purchased 5 vehicles from this dealership and have never had a problem until today. The General Sales Manager, Joseph Giummo, was incredibly rude to me; insinuated that I lied to him; treated a finance manager with disrespect in front of me and basically invited me to take my business else where. Guess what? Not a problem. I will never buy from this dealership again. He should be fired. Terrible reflection on an otherwise wonderful group of people. More
