We felt very abused after this unfair business practice of letting us wait for 10 hours to make us sign the contract. The advise was the worst in order for them to get more money. Juan Mundo as a VIP manag of letting us wait for 10 hours to make us sign the contract. The advise was the worst in order for them to get more money. Juan Mundo as a VIP manager and Derek Postin as a Financial Service Manager were the two person who did not do their job, only made us wait for 10 hours until we were tired in order to sign the contract. We drove two hours to get to this dealer to get a better deal, but what they did was make us wait until were too tired to make a good decision. Do not do business with this Lexus-Dealer. More
I leased a 2017 Lexus RX 350 from this dealership this is my 4th leased vehicle. I came to the dealership for two recalls which were N/C and a 20,000 mile service. I was initially given a service estimate fo my 4th leased vehicle. I came to the dealership for two recalls which were N/C and a 20,000 mile service. I was initially given a service estimate for $600 for the service. Beware, this dealership has added services above what Lexus has recommended. A point in question is an inflated charge for an “oil conditioner”. Keep in mind that they changed the oil with a full synthetic oil. A fuel conditioner non on Lexus 20 K service. New wiper blades, Lexus says to inspect. I am in my 70’s and have always worked on cars. So I knew what to delete and would up with a $129 charge. When I returned the filthy loaner car they gave me, I had the Lexus service bulletin for a 20 K service and brought it to their attention. I was told that these charges were dealer recommended over and above Lexus requirements, and I could choose to delete them which I did. If you are going to use this dealership make sure you have a copy of the Lexus service requirements for your mileage and that is what you want. I feel sorry for the uninformed who opt for the full charges. This dealership is not what it used to be! More
AWFUL experience! I brought my Lexus there after the rear got burned in a fire, knowing the collision center was Lexus certified, so logically it must be p experience! I brought my Lexus there after the rear got burned in a fire, knowing the collision center was Lexus certified, so logically it must be professional and good quality--Boy was I wrong! They have a bunch of liars working for them, especially Kelly, and when you try to go above to talk to a higher up, they block you at speaking to the manager only, Matt Albright, who is clueless. I got a call from Kelly saying my car was ready and when I went to go pick it up, she would not release it to me because she submitted additional claims to Geico and said she had not gotten the new claim reimbursed. I call Geico immediately to find out that she had submitted the claims literally 5 minutes AFTER I arrived to pick up my car. Mind you, this was end of business day, and she called me the day before saying it was ready. When she finally released my car to me, it was missing ALL of the emblems as well as the clear bumper applique that was originally on the car . How do you forget to put the emblems back on the car? To make matters worse, when I took the car home, I realized none of the backup sensors work, nor did the backup camera look the same. In bringing it back to them to address the issue, Matt, testing the sensors out to "prove" to me the sensors worked, touched his body to the bumper which activated the sensors, but the sensors did not activate even if he was 3 inches away from the car. Sorry Matt, but the backup sensors aren't meant to ring AFTER you hit someone, they're supposed to PREVENT you from doing that. They then held my car for additional nights (it had already been 2 weeks at this point) took my car to the autonation lexus dealership to further "prove" there was nothing wrong with the car. Big surprise, they're both autonation companies, they both said the same thing. Attached are the pictures, I had SIX males surround me and argue with me to say that the first picture looks exactly like the second picture (same car, same year), in terms of what is being captured in the camera. Any person who has eyes can see the difference in the amount of license plate being shown and the angle of camera is completely different. Random old white males kept joining the conversation to gang up on me-was that bullying necessary? I have never felt so insulted or threatened in my life. I am a 36 year old female surgeon, I don't need to be treated like a piece of crap or criminal. The BEST part of this whole experience--i take my LEXUS to penske TOYOTA collision center (recommended by the geico manager) and I had a complete different experience. They immediately saw the difference, ordered new parts, and fixed it all within a few days, and I didn't have to leave my car overnight, the communication was flawless, and the people were understanding and nice, not argumentative and condescending like lexus. That's sad that toyota has better customer service than lexus, this was my 2nd new lexus purchased at palm beach lexus, and it will most definitely be my last. Autonation is filled with money hungry crooks and I warn everyone to stay away from anything owned by autonation-Id rather drive over an hour down to JM lexus than deal with this crap. Not to mention, it wouldn't even let me post this review initially, i've tried numerous times More
I would give 0 Stars if I could reserved a Lexus CPO nx hybrid online 2 days prior to coming in which was filthy when we got there. I understand that there have been numerous layoff reserved a Lexus CPO nx hybrid online 2 days prior to coming in which was filthy when we got there. I understand that there have been numerous layoffs due to COVID included the car washers, however, we were the only customers in there with about 20 employees.. no one else can wash a car? There was a carfax report on the vehicle but they would not disclose the extent of damage. when we got the car home and cleaned it up we discovered the paint didn't match in the front and back, there was loose molding and a missing wheel flap. Eventually it was disclosed after a week of trying to get the facts, the extent of the damage of the car which was three pages long. I guess all of this wasn't enough to keep it from being certified. The GM, Vivian Parkes did not return at least three of our calls and stated this was due to having to lay so many people off - so they're not too overwhelmed to sell you the vehicle and take your money- they just are too overwhelmed to provide customer service. I told my husband who went to the dealership to speak with Ms. Parkes directly to get my old car back and Ms. Parkes said the car was already gone, however a week later, she was able to produce it. This was one of several "untruths" from Ms. Parkes. I ended up having the deal reversed, escalating the issue to Auto Nation who really didn't seem to consider this an issue.. but they told me about 50 times they "understood the frustration" and said that Ms. Parkes has always been excellent with customer service. I will NEVER go to another Auto Nation. This wouldn't have happened at JM Lexus- where the Lexus experience truly does exist. This website isn't even current. Ms. Parkes isn't listed as an employee, nor is the GSM or the Finance person we dealt with. More
I recently bought a new car at Lexus of Palm beach and was made to feel uncomfortable when I brought my car in as the wheel lock was missing. The cost is $25 but the manager came out and said it was supplied with the vehicle and too bad. I left without a wheel lock as they didn’t have any in stock. Said it would take three days but no one ever contacted me. For $25 they lost a customer. I bought the car 12/19 and my wife wants a new Lexus now, guess which dealer I’m am not going to. Glad they saved $25 as they lost a sale of a new SUV. More

First thing Schumacher said was that he would not accept my translation, hence implying i was a liar. I showed him that it read "drivers license" in plain english, and then he was asking for an expiration date. He would not accept that "validité" in french means "validity" in english, even though the VIP saleslady told him she had been to Europe and she knew that drivers license don't expire there. I'm 60 years old and this was a humiliating experience, will definitely boycott Lexus for the 2 cars i was planning on purchasing in the U.S. What an xxxxxxx snob! More
Lexus of Palm Beach has integrity problems. After my new car was brought in for service I noticed my hood seemed out of alignment. When I opened the hood, I found 3 pins which had been removed to inspect th car was brought in for service I noticed my hood seemed out of alignment. When I opened the hood, I found 3 pins which had been removed to inspect the car had been left loose, one of which was propping up one side of the hood, one which was loose and one which remains missing. Incompetence or intentionally careless? Doesn’t matter. Lexus of Palm Beach just damaged my new car, for a second time! What is suspect is that I didn’t receive one of their “internal review” emails after the second service. Infer what you will-that’s unacceptable for any company to govern themselves in this way! More

Not only do they OVERCHARGE on normal maintenance, they are NOT accountable for returning your vehicle in a safe condition. After having one of Lexus vehicles serviced, it stalled on the ramp of a busy highway. I waited4 hours in 100 degree heat for a tow. When I got back to dealership to pick up another loaner, the loaner had a defective windshield. On the way to see my dad in the hospital, I almost died trying to see through the windshield in the rain. Videos show my experience. They not only did not care, they did not give me another loaner. My other car has been meticulously maintained yet they charged 4000 for a service. They kept both cars over 2 weeks, and returned them dirty. After being a loyal customer for 20 years, the must they took off on a 7000 bill was $400. Now both cars are STILL not running safely. A robot answers their Facebook messages so don’t bother. USE AN AUTHORIZED DEALER OF LUXURY CARS BUT DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RISK YOUR LIFE OR THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY AT THIS ONE, More

Donna my service manager came back to I went to this service center for an oil change about 2 weeks ago. My oil change was quoted at 135. No problem. Donna my service manager came back to me with a listing of over 2000 in needed repairs. She said the most needed was new tires as my current tires are bald. The new tires were quoted at over 600 total. I passed on this as I was just there for an oil change. I am currently at a Tires Plus. The tech there says my tires are not bald. Other than basic service, stay away from this Lexus service center and Donna. I will say in all fairness, that up until the upsell attempt by Donna, I was happy with the service I received at Lexus.
