This is my experience visiting Lexus of Palm Beach dealership on 7/23/2021. I found a 2018 Lexus RX 350 AWD with low miles on the cars.com website. I liked the vehicle and immediately contacted the de dealership on 7/23/2021. I found a 2018 Lexus RX 350 AWD with low miles on the cars.com website. I liked the vehicle and immediately contacted the dealership on the same day. The salesperson assigned to me was Daniel Pasqualetto, who confirmed that the car was available for purchase. I made an appointment with him on the same day and a few hours later I was at the dealership. Since I live in Miami Dade and the dealership is in Palm Beach County, it took me almost 2 hours to get there. At the dealership, I met with Daniel Pasqualetto and his immediate supervisor Susan. I was shown the car almost immediately and test drove it. I liked the car and told the salesperson that I wanted to buy it. He went to his supervisor, informed her, and brought me a breakdown price list for the car. He also started the process of appraising my old car that I was going to use as a trade-in. While I was waiting for the appraisal to be completed, about 30 min after we started the sales transaction, Daniel suddenly informed me that the vehicle I thought I was buying was no longer available for purchase. I have no idea what actually transpired at the dealership on 7/23/2021 and why the car I was in the process of buying was no longer available. The possible explanations range from: a) completely incompetent sales team at Lexus dealership to b) some sort of scam being practiced there. In the end, I wasted about 5 hours of my time driving back and forth only to find out that the car was not available for purchase. Nobody apologized to me for the fiasco at the dealership on 7/23/2021. I did however receive a call from Susan the next day apologizing for this fiasco. I suspect this apology had to do with me calling a dealership and asking for the names of General Manager and Sales Team manager. I found this experience appalling and not what anybody can and should expect at a publicly traded company like AutoNation. These types of things sometimes happen at 3rd rate used car lots and not at premier dealerships that cater to affluent clientele. I strongly advise to stay away from the Lexus of Palm Beach as you likely to encounter either incompetent salesperson, who is not responsible for any false information or worse - crooks that running some scams, you may become part of. More

Per one of the comments to the right, service has slowed down a bit; it tool about a half an hour longer than it should have for a routine 5,000 mile service. A minor complaint: Because of Covid, there are no longer bottles of water available. So a gentleman circulates and asked if you want anything (to drink). I have been going to this dealership for over 10 years now and I have nothing negative to say about the servicing or the people that work there. They are always willing to assist, cordial and keeps me in now and I have nothing negative to say about the servicing or the people that work there. In particular I must commend Kenny, Pat, Francesca, Joe and Cornelius who have taken the time to help me on many occasions whenever I am there or when I call. Service is terrible. First time I went for service was told my tires couldn’t be rotated bcs the rear are larger than the front. This is far from the truth. All my tires are the same size on my car. I guess a little knowledge is not expected for being a women. The 2nd time I went at 7 am and I’m not a morning person. I was told by Thorlief Evenson he couldn’t find my maintenance warranty. I took my car to another dealership that was able to service my car under warranty. I won’t be returning to Lexus after both bad experiences. More
