Dave with Roadside Assistance was EXCELLENT. It was frustrating getting through, but once I did, he was very helpful. My service manager was very good, Bill. Not his fault, but I was very disappointed that we have leased 3 vehicles and had to push to get a loaner, which I really needed. He made it happen. Plus it's helpful to drive the loaners when deciding on the next vehicle. More
