Congratulations to Herby Boileau for a courteous and professional service (as always). Not so happy about being charged for a repair that does not speak well for a top notch manufacturer such as LEXUS professional service (as always). Not so happy about being charged for a repair that does not speak well for a top notch manufacturer such as LEXUS... not even acceptable from a less reputable auto-maker. This repair should have been performed for free since even the repair person admitted that they have never seen something like that on a 2012 LS460 having just passed 50,000 miles. More
