I visited Lexus of Palm Beach on October 11, 2021 regarding small cracks on the surface of the console just behind the stick shift of my 2020 NX300. An evaluation was done, and I was told they would consult with Lexus "officials" about the situation. A week went by and no one called me. I called the dealership myself, and to my relief, was told the part had arrived to fix the console and appointment for Oct. 21 was made. When I arrived, I was told that the console part would be replaced, and I was given a courtesy car until the following day. I picked up the car the following day and was amazed at the excellent job done to make the repair. Other than waiting a week for a phone call, my experience was very good. More
Our car was recently in for the 30,000 mile service by a dealer in MA and immediately after, we started having braking issues at high speed. We returned the car to that dealer for evaluation and they found dealer in MA and immediately after, we started having braking issues at high speed. We returned the car to that dealer for evaluation and they found nothing wrong. After driving to Florida with thumping brakes, we made an appointment with Lexus of Palm Beach. Herby Boileau was wonderful. He listened to the issues my car was having and immediately suggested what the problem might be. He was correct and the issue was resolved, having been covered by warranty. We will be sure to have all our service done at Lexus of Palm Beach going forward! More

This is a great dealership. I had a great car buying experience and the staff is very respectful. I am however, dissatisfied with my last service experience wherein my advisor left me hanging at the en experience and the staff is very respectful. I am however, dissatisfied with my last service experience wherein my advisor left me hanging at the end of the day. I saw my car sitting in the bay for at least a half hour before another advisor called to tell me my car was ready. And because I have been having a xxxx of a time getting the remote services app to work on my car. After 5 attempts to activate over the phone, the Lexus folks over the phone told me to take the car to the dealership for a firmware update. At the dealership, after a couple hours of waiting, I was told it was done, and it should work now - but just give it 24 hours... well it still doesn't work. I called Lexus back and they checked my service record and found that the update wasn't performed at the dealership after all. So, yeah, I'm not sure I can give a positive review of the service dept after this experience. And I'm wary of taking my car back. More
