Leased a 2018 Lexus RX350 3 years ago and paid $799.00 dealer fee. Decided to buy the car and was charged another $799.00 dealer fee. Same car, same customer. Completely excessive and unnecessary. Everything went smoothly. Service rep was very friendly and made me feel at ease. Wait time as expected. There was coffee but wish there were bagels, popcorn or snacks like at other dealers.
