I did not like how the financial guy lied about the car oil change costing $400 just so i can buy the oil change plan, that i did not want. Also, he lied saying i needed the lexus care plan just so i can g oil change costing $400 just so i can buy the oil change plan, that i did not want. Also, he lied saying i needed the lexus care plan just so i can get a lower interest rate. I looked into the financial form and it says interest rate is negotiable and does not affect the dealership care plans. It was obvious he only lied to me so he can sell me these care packages so he can get commission money. They didnt tell me the car came with only one key. I dont want to pay extra money for another key. I was not happy. More

Lexus of Palm Beach is awesome place to buy and service your car. I recently had a slow leak in a tire and went as a walk in to the service department. My service manager, Rick, took my info and sent me your car. I recently had a slow leak in a tire and went as a walk in to the service department. My service manager, Rick, took my info and sent me to wait. I was there just over an hour and my tire was replaced. The nail made it unrepairable. Thankfully, I was encouraged to purchase the tire warrantee when I bought out my lease, so the visit did not cost me anything. Great service, always professional and I feel like the most important customer in the dealership. Highly recommend More
