Purchased a preowned Lexus ES350 2019 and although the process was smooth the car was delivered with a large chip in the front windshield and three days later the battery died. Upon inspection the batter process was smooth the car was delivered with a large chip in the front windshield and three days later the battery died. Upon inspection the battery was covered in corrosion and it looks like they attempted to clean it up but not replace it in order to save money. Their cutting corners left me stranded on a business trip 3 days after purchase. I reached out to my salesman Horacio and management and received no response. Very disappointing experience for a Lexus dealer. Do not recommend, not sure if it is AutoNation that is at fault but there must be better dealers to go to for a high end brand like Lexus. More
