I have been a long time customer at JM Lexus - buying cars and the service dept - and recently moved north from Boca Raton to Palm Beach making Palm Beach Lexus half the distance when compared to JM. I was a bit hesitant since I have used JM for so long - but WOW, I should not have been. Not only was the waiting area so much nicer (yummy homemade snacks and an amazing woman at the bar - should have gotten her name) with tons of different seating options, plus cubbies to easily get work done, the true pleasant surprise was the level of customer experience. From the woman cleaning the bathrooms, to each employee that I saw interacting with customers - top tier service! Jose was my service advisor and could not have been nicer - very helpful, made sure I only got the services that I needed, and made my entire experience ideal. I am so glad that my move made me go to another dealership, and delighted that I am now part of the Palm Beach Lexus family. 5 BIG stars!!! More
