Just moved to the area, so we made our first service appointment with Lexus of Orange Park. Requested a loaner, as the drive from St Augustine is far away and we could not wait around that day. We wer appointment with Lexus of Orange Park. Requested a loaner, as the drive from St Augustine is far away and we could not wait around that day. We were in the waiting room and heard several service advisors tell other clients that they were "out of Loaner vehicles". When our name was called, they told us the same thing....they did not have any loaner vehicles available for us. "Great Customer Service" would've been to call us that morning before we arrived to inform us that they did not have any loaner vehicles available. We could have made other arrangements to leave the vehicle or at least move the other appointments we had that day to accommodate the sudden change of plans. VERY DISAPPOINTED in the level of customer service. They can obviously see who requested a loaner vehicle when the reservation was made, so they could obviously call us back and let us know there are actually no vehicles available for the day requested. The two other Lexus Dealerships we have used in the past (other states) had outstanding customer service.... but I guess they're not all the same. I know Lexus prides themselves on the motto that "all guests should be treated like they are guests in your own home"..... NOT SO MUCH TODAY! More

Not happy with the deal. Floor mat for the trunk is not included with the vehicle. I assumed that all mats are included, based on you tube advertisement, rear trunk floor mat Floor mat for the trunk is not included with the vehicle. Talk to Billy advised me that it’s not included with the vehicle and I have to purchase it separately. I cannot believe that this will happen based on this expensive vehicle price that I paid. I hope this will not happen to your future customer/s, not telling me in advance that I have to pay extra for the floor mat. I can’t believe that this is happening based on my experiences buying luxury vehicles. More
