Not happy with the deal. Floor mat for the trunk is not included with the vehicle. I assumed that all mats are included, based on you tube advertisement, rear trunk floor mat Floor mat for the trunk is not included with the vehicle. Talk to Billy advised me that it’s not included with the vehicle and I have to purchase it separately. I cannot believe that this will happen based on this expensive vehicle price that I paid. I has several indicator warming lights illuminate after spray cleaning my engine a couple of weeks prior! So, I called and spoke to Catlin (Service Advisor) at Lexus of Orange Park. He was very friendly, spray cleaning my engine a couple of weeks prior! So, I called and spoke to Catlin (Service Advisor) at Lexus of Orange Park. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and provided several options since I was on an extremely tight schedule because I was planning to travel out of town a few hours later. Ultimately, I dropped off my vehicle, received a loaner, and was consistently provided updates from Catlin regarding my car. He was honest, fair, and very accommodating. I will definitely visit Lexus of Orange Park in the future primarily due to the outstanding Customer service rendered by Catlin and the entire team during my initial visit! Thanks A Million! More

I kept calling and even left a couple of message because no one answered the phone when the receptionist transferred me. Until I called back and told the receptionist to not transfer me because no one was answering and/or calling me back to just take a message please and she did. After that I was called back within 30 min. Otherwise I have always been very satisfied with the service and have never experienced this before. Hope this is helpful and I will be back but thought you needed to know. More
