Every time I come to Lexus of Orange Park, I find a new way to be impressed. They took care of my tire rotation, and all my 54/55k maintenance in the same visit. They sent me not one but two reports show way to be impressed. They took care of my tire rotation, and all my 54/55k maintenance in the same visit. They sent me not one but two reports showing all the health of the rest of my vehicle and condition of my tires. All for less than I thought, and there was a coupon they sent out for additional savings that applied as well. Waiting went by like nothing with the complementary beverage- station-even had my favorite strawberry ice cream available! Jonathan took care of everything so well and quickly I had to remember I was a regular customer and not some wealthy VIP. Nothing has changed at all in terms of quality or experience since I bought my vehicle here in 2021. There are very few positive surprises in the automotive retail and service industry, but this is absolutely one of them. The Fields group could make a fortune inviting outside businesses to come in and take notes how excellent customer service is done--and I am not exaggerating. More
