I recently acquired a 2004 LS430 at the Orange Park dealership and worked with Mark O'Brien as my sales representative. Mark went the distance to find the LS with all the features, color, and options that I was looking for. His friendly and professional approach made the experience effortless and enjoyable. He made certain that the car was in "certified" condition and detailed meticulously. I've been to many dealerships over the years and worked with car salesmen who have not come close to making the process as painless as Mark did. I have recommended him to several business associates as the "man to see" when they are shopping for their next set of Lexus wheels. More
Ohgosh, where to start? My husband and I have purchased two vehicles from Lexus of Orange Park prior to this transaction. He had brought his 430 SC in for a routine service visit and had received an invitation to attend an informal breakfast at the dealership being given the following Saturday which would include a tour, meet and greet, etc. We went, thinking we would just get a cup of coffee and have a nice chat with some of the staff. As breakfast was winding down, my husband wandered off to check out a car similar to his. When I went to find him, we struck up a conversation with one of the sales staff, Mark O'Brien. Nicest guy you'd ever want to meet -- very easy to talk with, friendly, and super knowledgeable. We started talking about our present vehicles; what we liked about them, what we would change if we could, etc. Ray (husband) loves his 430 SC, and I expressed interest in the RX 330 model. Mark said he had several excellent previously owned RXs in stock. What started out as a free breakfast turned into one of the most pleasant car buying experiences of my life. I am now the proud owner of an absolutely gorgeous luxury SUV! Mark made it so easy -- and believe me, my husband is NOT a pushover. Mark is a very low key, no pressure guy. If you know the Lexus product, you know they sell themselves in quality, and Mark's personality goes hand in hand with the Lexus standard. More
If you do not know your credit score, have not been "pre-approved" and not sure what you want and can afford "stay away from the Lexus Dealers. I experienced FREEDOM and no PRESSURE,(which comes with purchasing a car) because 1st, I DID NOT NEED A CAR, I had gotten approval from my Credit Union, therefore all I had to do was decide on the vehicle, the miles and color along with WHAT PAYMENTS I was able to LIVE WITH, BECAUSE my Credit Union would finance WHATEVER I SELECTED...A GREAT CREDIT UNION. I am never convinced that the Dealership EVER lose in an transaction. BUT with my On-Line shopping the price I paid for the Car was Below Blue Book, BUT I got TAKEN on my TRADE IN, YET IT WAS ENOUGH TO PAY IT OFF, Lexus played SAFE and allowed me the middle of the estimated scale of value for my trade -In car. The On-Line sources for estimated values of vehicles assist consumers a great deal, and with that information my visit and transaction was valuable. My Salesman had a VERY UNIQUE STYLE that convinced you that GAMES would be ELIMINATED in the process of your shopping. Mr. Obrien I understand owns and drives a Lexus, therefore he was quite knowledgeable of every aspect of the Vehicle, he gave a "Mini Orientation" and I was overly IMPRESSED. Salesmen like Mr. Obrien BRINGS CHARACTER and INTEGRITY to dealership and ERASE the FEAR of HARASSMENT and PRESSURE. More

My husband and I recently purchased a vehicle through Lexus of Orange Park with Sales Specialist Nathan Duhovis. We told Nathan we were interested in purchasing a used vehicle, if something along the lines of what we were looking for were to come available. I really felt that Nathan was looking out for us when he called to let me know about a car that was being traded in because it turned out to be exactly what we needed. We live about 40 minutes from the dealership and instead of having us drive all the way there to test drive the car, he was kind enough to bring it to us. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle he even brought the paper work to us (I don't know of any other car sales person that I have worked with who would have gone to this effort for a used car sale). I felt we were treated with the same quality, professionalism, and overall excellence that we would have received if making a new car purchase. This was by far easiest, and most smooth vehicle purchase we have ever made and we were very satisfied with the amount of time and effort Nathan put into helping us. I went to Lexus of Orange Park planning to purchase a CT hybrid. Stephen Labrato took me for a test drive in the CT and answered all of my questions. He noticed that I was disappointed in the size of the back seat and was not entirely comfortable with the hybrid technology. He told me about a 2011 ES350 that had all of the safety features that I wanted and addressed my concern about mileage and the use of regular gas as well as the front wheel drive feature, which I wanted. He took me for a test drive and before I got to the expressway, I knew I had found the perfect car. The visibility is wonderful; I love the pick-up, the turning radius, and especially the Lexus connect safety feature. Stephen offered me a really good deal on the ES as well as a good deal on the CT, but I drove home in the exact car for my needs. I love my ES350. More
Ken Chancey …BEST car purchase ever!!! My husband & I contacted Ken because we had purchased a car from him years ago. This time we wanted to surprise our daughter with a car for her birthday. & I contacted Ken because we had purchased a car from him years ago. This time we wanted to surprise our daughter with a car for her birthday. He took notes on what we wanted and complied with my request of how to contact me so the surprise factor would remain intact. Then, he contacted us the moment he got a car meeting our specifications. Actually the car was AWESOME too. The paperwork was handled so efficiently. He followed up with us after the sale to make sure we are happy. I will never buy a car from anybody but Ken Chancey. P.S…..Thanks for making my “baby girl” smile !!! More
I had received an email that my Lexus RX 350 was due for a check-up. I called to make the appointment and the operator said that indeed, my vehicle was due for service. The Assistant Service Manager, Bonn a check-up. I called to make the appointment and the operator said that indeed, my vehicle was due for service. The Assistant Service Manager, Bonnie Williams, was extremely rude and condescending on my visit to Lexus of Orange Park. She informed me the service wasn't due even though the salesman who sold me the vehicle and the advisor who I made the appointment with said I did. She was extremely rude. I wouldn't expect anyone to be treated in this manner, especially after spending almost $50,000 on a vehicle. More

Buying a car has never been something I looked forward to. I went from dealership to dealership and constantly felt pressured to buy something I did not want. I finally ended up at Lexus of Orange Park and met a salesman named Yohan. Him and the rest of the staff really listened to what I wanted and helped me to find the right car. They were all very kind and helpful, I never knew buying a car could be a fun and laid back experience. They even had a room where Yohan delivered my car and went through all the features! I have never been the type of person to write a review about anything, but I really feel like I have a family at Lexus of Orange Park. More
