She was very knowledgeable of the vehicles but mostly was sensitive about our needs and desires concerning a purchase. She sat with us and patiently and thoroughly covered the things we wanted and needed in a vehicle in the price range we wanted. The vehicle we were looking for was not immediately available so she looked for a few days and found what we were looking for, called us to invite us for a test drive. We drove it and liked it. We were able to come to an agreement on the terms of the purchase without a hassle. We are very satisfied with our purchase and the experience in getting it. More

GREAT SERVICE AND NEW CAR PURCHASE We have been a service customer since 2012 for our 2010 IS 250. Due to the wonderful service dept (Matt Treiber) we purchased a 2014 IS 250. Chipper & We have been a service customer since 2012 for our 2010 IS 250. Due to the wonderful service dept (Matt Treiber) we purchased a 2014 IS 250. Chipper & JP made the purchase easy and made me feel like family. We made this purchase first and foremost because of the service, online scheduling, and loaner vehicle. The Lexus is a beautiful vehicle and we will choose this dealership for our future purchases. I don't plan on going any place outside this Orange Park Lexus dealership for future vehicle purchases. We appreciate receiving a call regarding services they recommend during the time the car was in their shop. We had a chance to go over the recommendations and either accept or reject them. Those rejected we felt were not necessary at the time or were too pricey and felt we could have the service done for less. Also, they had stated that the problem with my CD player having an error code and not working would require a replacement radio/CD for around $760, which we rejected. They must have touched something in the right way, as my CD started working on the way home. So, no replacement at $760 was warranted, thank goodness!! More

I love my new GS 350 Good afternoon Lexus team, I recently purchased a new 2014 Lexus GS 350 after being a long time Lexus owner for the past 11 years. I traded in my 20 Good afternoon Lexus team, I recently purchased a new 2014 Lexus GS 350 after being a long time Lexus owner for the past 11 years. I traded in my 2003 GS 300 which ran great for the past decade which clearly leveraged my thinking to my most recent purchase. It's worth saying that I had a term sheet on an Audi A6, but after reviewing the independent reliability data, repair costs of all competitive brands and most importantly going for a test drive, my decision was clear and that was to stay with Lexus. I worked closely with Sasha Duran who was truly wonderful particularly when she took the time to help me link my I-phone to my new on board Lexus dash computer. She was patient and a pleasure. My only words of improvement are that even though my purchase decision was pretty quick, it must of taken me 6 hours to ultimately get out of the dealership; a long time to hang around in a dealership and the second was my $5K.- trade-in. Lexus makes a big deal about holding it's value and the offer seemed a little low. In the end, I am quite pleased with my new purchase and I will be back as my wife needs a new car!
