Tessa did a nice job on the training, but if national does an update on app, staff needs advance knowledge and training. It does not invoke confidence when the trainer says app is new today and she has just seen it. Only negative is the hard sell of expensive add-ons. I might have at least considered buying if I had been given advance details on value and price and was not given the rush tactic when signing docs. More
