Ended up speaking to an Ana. At first she was super kind and willing to help by pulling and verifying documents. She ended up calling back and her tone completely changed. Went from helpful, to have your attorney call us and hung up on me. If you want a car that had miles potentially rolled back, or a discriminatory tone, this is your place! More
