Overcharged for inferior parts Had the check engine light come in. My regular mechanic checked it out and found a lot of information suggesting significant problems with this part, Had the check engine light come in. My regular mechanic checked it out and found a lot of information suggesting significant problems with this part, the air pump. He declined the work saying that he thought Lexus would stand behind their product even though it was out of warranty. So I brought it back to the Lexus dealership we purchased it from, Lexus of orange park. The checked the vehicle and determined the same problem, air pump. Gave me an estimate of $2,200. Discussed with the service manager. He declined any assistance with the cost. I went to the corporate Lexus office and opened a case for my issue. After a couple of days, they declined to stand behind the product. Went back to my regular mechanic. He estimated the job at $1,700. I took the car from Lexus and returned to my regular guy. When he ordered the part from Lexus he was told that they gave sold a bunch of these air pumps. And that Lexus replaced the original part with a corrected part. And that Lexus parts were inventorying a bunch of them because they are selling so many. I'm done with Lexus and lexus of orange park. It was a better dealership when it was owned locally by Brumos. OUT OF TOWN BUYER I live in FT. Lauderdale and I was speaking with a salesperson for 3DAYS. I had to BUY A plane ticket to fly into JACKSONVILLE. Because for some reaso I live in FT. Lauderdale and I was speaking with a salesperson for 3DAYS. I had to BUY A plane ticket to fly into JACKSONVILLE. Because for some reason they would not transfer the car down south. I BOUGHT THE PLANE TICKET AND GET INTO JAX. ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT THEY SOLD THE CAR ON SATURDAY!! Why would no one give me courtesy call!!??? Tht would have saved me the cost of a plane ticket AND MORE IMPORTANTLY, MY TIME.!!! I cannot believe how inconsiderate they were with this. I would NEVER even consider referring someone to them. NO WAY. More

Service was top notch. Took my 2015 IS250 in for the 5000 mile check up today. The car is impeccable and although I didn't think that anything was wrong with the car at all, Took my 2015 IS250 in for the 5000 mile check up today. The car is impeccable and although I didn't think that anything was wrong with the car at all, I quickly realized that this dealership genuinely cared for each vehicle and its owner. They took very good care of me and my vehicle. Kudos! More
70,000 mile service Scheduled my service on-line and requested a loaner car. A young gentleman and woman greeted me because I was early (7:00 a.m.). The young man escorted me to the lounge where I waited on a few minutes for my appointment. Derrin was my service advisor. He was professional, timely, and very courteous. He texted me the morning of my service to let me know everything was completed. As I got into my car to leave, Derrin saw a small white streak on my passenger door. It had been there for a while and I thought it was a scratch. Derrin went back in to get some spray. He was able to quickly wipe it off, telling me it was actually paint from another car. What a great surprise!! Wonderful service all around! More
