Service and New Car Purchase Jomar sent me home as usual with a loaner while our IS and CT were being serviced. My husband and I loved the 2019 ES loaner! Usually it only takes about 1.5 hours for the oil change along with washing the car and the vacuuming/cleaning the I side. Today it was about 2.5 hours. Not sure why it took so long but having a made to order omelet helped. More
