I would stay far away from Sandra as possible. after i told them i live 40 min away and would only go in for a certain price, she lied to me and told me the cars price had changed to that. So no price change, no car, offered less on my trade that what she had already told, and YET she wanted us to sit down and make the deal with her. More
BEWARE. charges 169.99 for diagnostic & not applied to repair. Just a change to make money. NEVER had a Lexus dealer do this. Discrimination at its finest! On July 29, 2020, my brother and I traveled to the Lexus Dealership of Orange Park to test drive a 2017 Lexus NX. I called and scheduled an appointmen On July 29, 2020, my brother and I traveled to the Lexus Dealership of Orange Park to test drive a 2017 Lexus NX. I called and scheduled an appointment the day before to inform the sales person of what I was looking for, so he/she can be prepared. My brother and I arrived at approximately 5:15pm due to us coming directly from work. We were greeted by the sales person by the name of Sal Maldonado. We informed him that we wanted to test drive a Lexus NX to ensure that we should continue to seek out this vehicle. Mr. Maldonado showed us a list of Lexus NXs that they had in inventory. However, they weren’t in our quoted price range. He asked if we still wanted to test the vehicle. We replied yes knowing that we were a little flexible on price and wanted to get the feel of the vehicle. After asking us again about test driving, I provided my driver’s license, insurance card, and credit card that he asked for. As we waited for his return, the sales manager (John Becan) comes to our table and sits down. After greeting us, he began by saying “I hope this doesn’t offends you.” He continues to say that the sale associate Sal Maldonado had concerns about us test driving the vehicle due to him smelling alcohol. At this time, my brother and I became livid. We over looked the initial multiple questioning about paying the price for the vehicle, but we now started to see the blatant disrespect and discrimination. As stated before, we both came directly from work to the dealership, so alcohol is out of the question. Out of all excuses to prevent us from test driving a Lexus vehicle, this is the one they want to use. My brother and I are African American and it is unfortunate that we must face racial discrimination in 2020. Some might say that the sales team should be more sensitive due to the heighten racial issues our country is currently facing. The manager John Becan did offer to give us another sales person in order to test drive and yes, we did test drive a vehicle. However, we were so dishearten by the incident that we just drove down the street and returned the vehicle with crushed spirits. Hopefully, no other customer will have to experience any level of discrimination at the Lexus of Orange Park with Mr. Sal Maldonado or any other sales associate. More
Excellent Dealership I had a wonderful experience today when I brought my Lexus RX 350 in for routine maintenance. Susan, my Service Consultant, explained everything that I had a wonderful experience today when I brought my Lexus RX 350 in for routine maintenance. Susan, my Service Consultant, explained everything that would be done to my car and then asked if I wanted the vehicle washed before encouraging me to have a hot breakfast in the cafe. Donna, the Receptionist, welcomed me with a big smile and asked if there was anything she could do for me while I was there. And Elizabeth, a Sales Consultant, explained the features of the new RX models. All-in-all I had an enjoyable time this morning. I definitely recommend Lexus of Orange Park to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

Will see you again in 4 years. Also if you haven't ever owned a Lexus you don't know what your missing. Pure luxury, reliability beyond, safe and very classy looking vehicles.
