I would like to thank Misty at Lexus of Orange Park for amicably resolving a complaint I had involving the used Lexus I had purchased. I was assured by the sales person that I could load the application WA amicably resolving a complaint I had involving the used Lexus I had purchased. I was assured by the sales person that I could load the application WAVES on the vehicle and I later found that it was not possible. It turned out that the ability to load the application was dependent on the VIN number for the year model I purchased and the sales person was honestly mistaken. Lexus of Orange Park agreed for me to return the vehicle and upgrade me to a year newer model which would allow the application to be installed. Even though I had to pay for the upgrade to the newer model, it was a VERY reasonable price. I am very satisfied with their customer service. More
