I am sorry to see that you did not have a successful experience working with us. Unfortunately, we have extremely low vehicle inventory and do not have enough new vehicles to accommodate our customers here in our local market. Many dealerships have taken this temporary stance to only sell new vehicles in the local market until vehicle supply improves. I apologize we were not able to sell you a vehicle at this time. These are certainly unprecedented times and we would never have considered not selling a vehicle before based on where someone lived, until recently. Given your restrictive dealership policy, recommend that your advertisements for vehicles that go nation-wide include a statement about your limited sales area. That way you don't waste busy executives time, like mine, pursuing vehicles that you don't intend to sell to them. While this dealership policy can easily be construed as discriminatory, I chose not to pursue that avenue. Respectfully, Bob

Correction, For several years in the past we have purchased at least 7 New Lexus but the last 2 from Orange Park Lexus were preown and the persons that I referred to were very helpful Thanks
