They never fail to disappoint. From the moment I pull up into the bay, I am always greeted by concierge with respect and professionalism. I had the opportunity to work with Mr. Willie, who always has a kind word and a welcoming smile. Prior to dropping my vehicle off this time, I learned that my regular service manager Jennifer had left, but I was excited to be able to work with Justin again. When I arrive to Lexus of Orange Park, I am normally still on the go, even though my car has to be serviced. As a realtor I have to service others, which means I still have to stay on the go. I am always greeted with my courtesy vehicle which is pulled up and processed and I’m out the door. The respect for my time is appreciated and never taken for granted. Dropping my car off for service at Orange Park. Lexus does not bring the level of stress that it sometimes does at many other dealerships that I’ve had the opportunity to deal with.
