I has several indicator warming lights illuminate after spray cleaning my engine a couple of weeks prior! So, I called and spoke to Catlin (Service Advisor) at Lexus of Orange Park. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and provided several options since I was on an extremely tight schedule because I was planning to travel out of town a few hours later. Ultimately, I dropped off my vehicle, received a loaner, and was consistently provided updates from Catlin regarding my car. He was honest, fair, and very accommodating. I will definitely visit Lexus of Orange Park in the future primarily due to the outstanding Customer service rendered by Catlin and the entire team during my initial visit! Thanks A Million! More

The only issued I had this time and I will say I have never had an issue but this time it took me almost a week to schedule my appointment. I kept calling and even left a couple of message because no one answered the phone when the receptionist transferred me. Until I called back and told the receptionist to not transfer me because no one was answering and/or calling me back to just take a message please and she did. After that I was called back within 30 min. Otherwise I have always been very satisfied with the service and have never experienced this before. Hope this is helpful and I will be back but thought you needed to know. More
