So disappointed bought our third lexus from this same dealership . Great salesman but when we took car at about 4:00 pm I noticed tire sensor tire light on as in past with my former lexus tire only n dealership . Great salesman but when we took car at about 4:00 pm I noticed tire sensor tire light on as in past with my former lexus tire only needs air. Tried next day to put in air only no luck getting it to turn off so we ended up getting all new sensors at cost of several hundred dollars. Called dealership they said we should have called them before fixing well we won't call you next time if needing a car. Disappointed to say the least. More

I can't say enough great things about this dealership. Billy my salesman was knowledgeable, courteous and listened to my needs. Robert the Sales Manager was exceptional. Took her time and explained, answered my questions and gave me her card and a handout with instructions. These people go the extra mile. You should definitely purchase from them. They treat you like a king. Who doesn't like that. I also want to commend Jomar the Service Manager who took out time of his day to show me the vehicle. He talked to me about the vehicle.
