I can't say enough great things about this dealership. Billy my salesman was knowledgeable, courteous and listened to my needs. Robert the Sales Manager was exceptional. Sam the Finance Manager was on t Billy my salesman was knowledgeable, courteous and listened to my needs. Robert the Sales Manager was exceptional. Sam the Finance Manager was on top of his game also. I even got a visit from the General Manager Misty. That was a very nice touch. The Technology Specialist Marissa was super also. Took her time and explained, answered my questions and gave me her card and a handout with instructions. These people go the extra mile. You should definitely purchase from them. They treat you like a king. Who doesn't like that. I also want to commend Jomar the Service Manager who took out time of his day to show me the vehicle. He talked to me about the vehicle. Answered questions about any problems that they have experienced. Which were few. As you can see I came in contact with quite a few people and all were helpful, smiling and treated us with care. I had a check engine light come back on. I was traveling in the Central Florida area and took my car to Lexus dealer. I thought I had this issue fixed but it came back on. I took it into my preferred dealing Lexus of Orange Park and discovered it was the same issue that supposedly was fixed in Central Florida. Jomar and Brett looked further and determined the work had not been done. Unfortunately they had to keep my car. They put me in a loaner and Tim the gentleman that was working on my car assured me he would fix it right. Jomar took my car in even though I did not have appointment. You don't get this everywhere. Brett is always on top of things. I know my vehicle will be fixed right and completely. Thank you Lexus of Orange Park. You guys are the best! More
