I had a less then good experience at Lexus of Orange. The sales manager tried to charge me over $1,000. To remove tinting on my trade in or an Acura TL with factory tinting, bought from a NY Dealer. After losing confidence in him, I was told there was 2 keys to the used Lexus I bought. Then they said, sorry there is only 1 key and when I questioned this statement, I was told they could do nothing about it! Knowing, they could at least offer me one at cost. Then my car was not properly prepared for me and I had to return for new rotors & pads. I would not trust the sales manager to treat you fairly. My salesman Terrel was fantastic. More

The experience was amazingly easy. In 4 hours I drove out with a new car, car lease and a great deal. After bad experiences with Ramsey Lexus, this dealership and its staff was a complete 180. I was very satisfied with my car buying experience. I purchased a used car sight unseen and had it shipped to me in another state. The process was very smooth. There was one small blip when the transporter backed out but John was able to quickly find a back up transporter and my car was delayed by only one day.
