I brought my car in for service here recently. No problems. They finished in 1 1/2hours. They had screens up for social distancing in waiting room. They charged me for an oil change and tire rotation. They didn’t rotate my tires as they claimed, verified by shop cameras. They told me I had dry rot and nail puncture in two tires, but another tire place s didn’t rotate my tires as they claimed, verified by shop cameras. Extremely bad experience from service manager. Scheduled appointment to change oil, multi point inspection and check noise from engine. Went there and manager said it’s Friday and too late to check your noi appointment to change oil, multi point inspection and check noise from engine. Went there and manager said it’s Friday and too late to check your noise. Only oil change will be done. However, I intentionally scheduled two things for the same visit. I said ok. And waited for 2 hours in service to discover that they forgot about me. Then they replaced oil, made a car wash and performed multi point inspection in 19 minutes. How it is even possible to make all these things in 19 minutes? I guess very poorly inspection if any was done. Nobody vacuumed inside. And this is the second time I come to this lexus dealer about this noise. First time they said this noise is normal. I know it doesn’t sound normal. I found Technical service bulletin made by Lexus about this noise and printed and brought it to this lexus dealership and they didn’t still fix it. Moreover, when I was shopping for a car I checked this lexus dealership and experienced the same rude attitude but from sales guy. He showed me two cars and I wanted to test the third one, but he refused and said I have other customers. I ended up buying from another dealership. I complained about that but nobody got back to me about any updates on that. My colleague has Audi and he said his dealership and service experience is amazing. I guess Audi has better training or higher standards of customer service. More
