Had my 6 month service. Car was returned clean but the front mat was soaking wet and was not secured and was not towel dried. I waited for the tech person for 15 minutes after car was done to resolve ipho front mat was soaking wet and was not secured and was not towel dried. I brought my car in with a antifreeze leak and a grease leak. The problems were diagnosed quickly and accurately. I was scheduled to wait but the repairs were going to take at least a day.
