He even went out of his way to personally handle multiple phone calls managing my car rental and also picked me up from the car rental drop off, back to the dealership. And the best part aside from enjoying his company was that he got me UNDER my monthly budget! Working with Dan was so quick and easy I think it takes me longer to pump gas than it did to purchase my SUV. Super happy with my Range Rover and my experience at Lexus of Orange County! More

I own two Lexus vehicles. I have used the service there previously when it was Prestige and was satisfied. I brought the car in recently and was told that it would be almost $8,000 to fix it. I subsequently brought it elsewhere and was given a bill of under $600. I feel swindled and have no confidence in this dealership any longer. I am very dissatisfied! More
